There are three access points into the system:  Admin, Client and Employee.  The following illustrates a few of the powerful features available:&lt;br&gt;

1) Service Setup: The system allows you to setup and manage each service on an individual basis; providing the flexibility multiple service pet businesses need. The &quot;Service Setup&quot; screen is where/how you define each service you provide. Once setup, you&apos;re left with a system built around your business; not forcing you to change how you manage your services to meet the requirements of a software system.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
2) Account Info &amp; Schedule: Depending on the user (Admin, Employee, or Client) the schedule will show you the appropriate data. In the screen shot below we are looking at a client&apos;s account through the admin system. The rules defined in the service setup screen will determine the ability your clients will have to manipulate their schedule. You can set it up so that for one service type they can make changes directly to their schedule (add, cancel, etc), and for another have it be request only (i.e. read only). &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
3) Prepaid Packages &amp; Invoice Builder: The system comes with two bill tracking/payment functions (Gold version) that can work independently or in parallel.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
a)  The prepaid system allows you to setup a service and have its billing managed by Pet Professional. The integrated merchant system will allow your clients to purchase &quot;packages&quot; (setup using the screen below). When they purchase one it&apos;s automatically added to their available prepaid balance for that service. Every time a service is marked completed (by the admin or employee) the system will subtract one from the available balance. Balance alert emails are setup to go out when it reaches 1, 0, and -1. Note: you can have a prepaid service, but manually turn it off for individual clients and have the invoicing system bill them instead.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
b)  The invoicing system can be setup to automatically run and bill on a set frequency.  It will pickup all non-prepaid services as well as services for individuals that you&apos;ve manually turned off the prepaid system for.  The screen shot below shows an example of the manual invoice builder that you can use to generate miscellaneous invoices.&lt;br&gt;</description>

At the end of each month our Admin/Billing system runs a query against your Pet Professional system to determine how many &quot;active&quot; clients you have. &quot;Active&quot; clients are defined as any client with scheduled events for that month. This number is what&apos;s used to compute your next months licensing fee. An invoice breaking this down will be sent to you at least 2 business days before your credit card is processed.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
(**)The initial setup charge of $125 (for all models), includes site/database setup and use of TFG Brands secure certificate (for online transactions within your Pet Professional system, i.e. client payments).&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Domain name registration and obtaining a private secure certificate (not required) are available for additional fees. If you have a current web site, or choose not to host your separate company web site with us, links to your Pet Professional service will be provided to you so that you can integrate them into your current company site. If you wish to change hosting providers we offer a special rate of $5/month (which includes e-mail accounts; name(s)@yourdomain.com). This will be automatically added to your monthly service fee if you choose this option (available for all Pet Professional models).&lt;br&gt;
If you do not currently have a company web site, a single page site will be provided at no additional charge. Content on this page (pricing, contact info, etc) can be edited through your Pet Professional account (admin view).&lt;br&gt;

Please note that in order to accept online payments through your system, you will need to establish a Merchant Account and/or a PayPal account.
